Mortgage rates for a 30 year fixed mortgage remained stable at 4.31% on Sunday, Zillow Mortgage Marketplace announced.
The 30 year fixed mortgage rate on September 5, 2010, is up 4 basis points from the previous week's average rate of 4.27% and down 35 basis points from the average rate of 4.66% from three months ago.
